Founded in 2014, Flower Angels is rooted in the understanding that nursing home residents often feel isolated.
Flower arrangements are created with donated flowers in beautiful, small, donated teacups by a small team of dedicated volunteers. These arrangements are delivered to residents at area nursing homes, so that no one feels forgotten. The mission continues!
Through a person-centered approach, we design individualized programs that build on the strengths of the whole person, enabling them to live as independently as possible in their community.
